Why are outer Angel Eye/Halo Rings dimmer than the Inner Ring?
There is a ring marker bulb located in the inner ring housing. When it lights up, it provides a direct illumination for the inner ring. However for the outer ring, the light needs to travel through the fibre optics tube, therefore it will appear weaker than the inner ring no matter how bright this LED angel eye bulb is.
Are your LED angel eyes error free?
Yes, all our NEM Angel Eye products are error free
What are the xenon colour temperatures?
4300K - (OEM White)
5000K - (Ice white)
6000K - (Crystal White with tint of blue)
8000K - (Crystal Blue)
10000K - (Aqua)
12000K - (Purple-Blue)
How long does delivery take?
Standard Delivery takes 3-5 working days from point of order
Express Delivery takes 1-2 working days from point of order
Backorder items will take longer due to stock replenishment so please email us for an update

What warranty do I get?
We offer a 30-days limited warranty on item(s) that confirm to have a manufacturer defect within 30 days from the initial point of purchase.
Products that are physically damaged, altered, painted, or modified WILL NOT be accepted. (NO EXCEPTION)
Replacement will only be a like for like product!
What is your refund and exchange policy?
We do not offer any refunds at all however we do allow exchanges within 7 days of receiving your products, you will incur a postage and packaging fee on all exchanges
To be able to exchange any product within the 7 day period you will need to place the new order first then we will refund your previous order.
What payment method do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards
Is my personal information kept private?
Yes of course, We take security seriously
We don't store credit card data on our servers. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a certified Level 1 PCI Service Provider (the most stringent level of certification available). When credit card data is submitted via Memberful it is sent directly to Stripe via JavaScript over a secure SSL connection. The payment data never touches our servers.
Warranty Terms
Headlight Conversion Service Warranty
All our Headlight conversions come with 24 months warranty, this includes the parts we have supplied and fit as well as the work we have carried out
Steaming and Condensation is very common from factory headlights and we aim to reduce this however there is no guaranteed fix for steaming issues other than trying our trouble shooting methods, if the steaming does get worse please let us know so we can book you in and reseal the headlights at no cost to you

DIY Kits
Installation damages are not covered under NEM's warranty policy. Misusing the product other than its intended purpose will void the warranty. Warranty coverage only applies to manufacturer defects only
